Süleyman BOŞÇA is the founding partner at BOSCA Law. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2001 and registered with the Ankara Bar Association in 2002. He completed his LL.M. at Ankara University Faculty of Law in the field of Private Law.
He also successfully completed the Energy Law Certificate Program organised by the Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute.
Mr. BOŞÇA moderated many national and international conferences, presented papers and gave lectures in the field of Energy Law.
He is currently Chairman of the Energy Law Research Institute, Chairman of the Turkey-Seychelles Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), Executive Board Member of the Ankara Branch of Müsiad, Chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the Turkish Rugby Federation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association for Unlicensed Electricity Production and Member of the Turkish National Committee of the World Energy Council.
He is experienced in the areas of Energy Law, Data Protection Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A, Project Financing, Sports Law, Public Tender Contracts and Intellectual Property.
