Doç. Dr. İbrahim ERMENEK is a partner at BOSCA Law Office. He is also currently the Head of the Law of Civil Procedure Department at Gazi University Faculty of Law.
He completed his Master’s Degree on the “Acceptance of Cases, Acceptances Before the Court” and his PhD on “Postponement of Bankruptcy”. He has carried out researches on “Joinder and Severance of Actions” at Justus Liebig University (Germany) and University of Houston (USA) and on “Postponement of Bankruptcy” at Augsburg University (Germany).
